Last month we began to define "Web 2.0" as a resurgence of web based applications and services. Many startups, backed by venture capital, are creating all sorts of new web services. There are now hundreds, maybe thousands of sites that can help you store, access, discover and share websites, news, blogs, videos, music and even friends.
